Sunday Group Sound Bath

Sound baths are a meditative experience in which the soothing waves of sound healing instruments are utilized to promote relaxation. During the group Sound Bath you will lay comfortably on a yoga mat with an eye pillow covering your eyes (if you choose to use one). The session will last for about 40 minutes during which a variety of healing instruments are played to create a relaxing sound journey for all to enjoy. 

Sound Baths may assist in calming the nervous system, providing a peaceful state of awareness and promoting overall mind/body/spirit wellness. The experience is said to be meditative and a wonderful way to recenter which requires only that you lay and allow the sounds to lull you back to a state of inner calm. 

What to wear: Wear comfortable clothing that does not have buttons or zippers. Bring or wear warm socks, and a light blanket to provide further coziness during the session. :-) You are also welcome to bring a small pillow to support your head/neck if necessary for your comfort.
