What to expect: Sound Healings are a meditative experience in which the soothing waves of ancient instruments such as singing bowls are utilized to promote relaxation. During this small group session, you will lay comfortably on a yoga mat while the sounds create a space for you to relax and rest. The session will last for about 40 minutes, during which a variety of healing instruments will be played.
