Sunday Sound Healing ✨🌅

What to expect: 

During this session you'll lay comfortably for the duration of the Sound journey (about 50 minutes) as I guide a short and simple, beginner friendly meditation which will lead into the sound bath. The sound and vibration of the singing bowls is resonant and, similar to a lullaby, facilitates a state of calm and peace. If you get sleepy or doze off during the session that's totally welcome! 🌙 Read on below for further info on the benefits of sound healing, recommendations on what to wear & preparing for the sound bath.

Clothing recommendations: ✨✨✨✨✨✨

Please wear comfy clothing and bring with you any pillows, blankets, bolsters etc. that will help you be your comfiest. You may also want to bring or wear a pair of socks to keep your feet warm.  🧦 

The Studio will provide: Eye pillows, yoga mats and a light wool blanket for each person. 

All phones and electronics turned off / silenced before we begin the session ( I'll remind everyone before we start)
